Return & Exchange Policy

At NØRM, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • No damage or signs of wear


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects


4. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after product inspection.

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery → refund via bank transfer/store credit

Processing time: 5–7 business days.


6. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply unless item received is defective or incorrect.
